本文旨在分析2016年巴西教育的变化与政治背景。由于2016年8月的议会政变，巴西脱离了2014年由巴西人民所选定的路线，但劳工党为时13年的执政对当下社会的影响依然存在。为此，本文将对劳工党执政的历史进行回顾，并对其所继承的教育遗产进行简要分析。在此基础上，本文将讨论劳工党的教育政策，包括将教育视为实现资本主义现代化的策略。最后，本文将对政变政府为废除以前的教育路线而提出的方案进行探讨。
The present paper aims to provide an overview of education in Brazil，today，in the year of 2016. For this，it is necessary to reconstruct the 13 years of PT（Workers’ Party）rule，which still shapes what exists at present，in spite of the parliamentary coup perpetrated in August 2016，which strays from the project elected in 2014. This will be addressed in the study，as well as a brief historical contextualization of education in the scenario inherited by the PT government from former presidents，the military dictatorship（1964-1985），and even consequences of the colonial past. In this way，the paper is divided into an introduction，where there is the historical context，then an analysis of PT policies，in which education was a strategy for modernization of capitalism，and，finally，proposals by the put schist government to dismantle the previous education program.
