在互联网服务占主导地位的服务环境中和个体投资者为主体的金融环境下，金融信息服务直接关系我国金融业创新发展、信息网络安全、金融话语权和投资者权益保护。加强金融信息服务管理需要坚持促进为主、规范为辅，分类管理、因类施策，分级管理、区别对待，管理政策完善与监管能力建设并进的原则，在此基础上相应提出若干对策建议。
With the internet service playing a dominant role in service and the individual-investor-based financial environment，financial information service directly matters a lot in the innovation and development of financial industry，information network security，discourse right in finance and investor protection. To strengthen the management of financial information services，promoting the development should be adhered，which is supplemented by norms. Meanwhile，manage the financial information service by classification and make different policies due to different classes. Both considered the management policy improvement and regulatory capacity building，several suggestions are tabled.
