本调研报告主要反映贵州省国资委和12户国有企业按照省委、省政府的安排部署积极开展企业结对帮扶贫困县的情况，对帮扶中存在的问题进行了分析，并从坚持提高认识与“六个精准”相结合、坚持政府引导与市场运作相结合、坚持培育壮大产业与解决民生突出问题相结合、坚持经济帮扶与智力帮扶相结合、坚持真情帮扶与多方共赢相结合、坚持“帮扶输血”与“自身造血”相结合等六个方面，提出了进一步做好国企结对帮扶助推贫困县同步小康的建议。
