本文以齐河县的604个农户为样本，首先按照不同的年龄段分析了他们的年龄、学历、职业、收入和支出等基本情况，其次分析不同年龄段农民在新型城镇化进程中的进城意愿和利益诉求，进而实证分析了影响农民落户城镇的因素，最后提出以差异化政策推进新型城镇化进程的建议。得出结论认为，农民落户城镇的意愿随着年龄的逐步增长呈现下降的趋势，县城是农民落户城镇的第一选择，子女教育是农民愿意落户城镇的首要原因，生活成本高是农民不愿意落户城镇的首要原因。
With 604 farmers in Qihe County as the sample，according to different age group，this paper first analyzes the basic situation of their age，education background，occupation，income and expenditure，then analyzes new urbanization town will and interest claim of the farmers，and then analyzes the factors which influence the farmers settled in town，at last puts forward policy recommendations on how to promote the new urbanization process. The conclusions are in follows：the trend of will of farmers settled in town decreases with their age increases；the county city is farmers’first choice；the education of their child is the primary factor which influence the will of settled in town and the high pressure of living cost is big obstacle to prevent farmers settled in town.
