Under the background of the international financial crisis，western economic sanctions against Russia after the Ukrainian crisis and the America’s economic layout of the Pacific and the Atlantic，the center of gravity of Russia’s economic development turns to the east，the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia have favorable opportunity. However，the trade volume between China and Russia has plunged in 2015，the structural problems of the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia’s highlighted，and individual trade is still dominant. To solve these problems，the two countries should be upgrading the subject structure of Sino-Russian trade，establish coordination mechanism of the cooperation of northeast China region to Russia，so that continuously upgrading the level of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia.
