Hau Say-huan was an important leader in Nanyang Chinese society. He was expatriated in 1939 by The British colonial government in Malaya. He cared about Nanyang Chinese society beside start businesses in China. This paper analysis Hau Say-huan aid to Nanyang Volunteer Drivers and Mechanics by Setting up Yunnan overseas mutual council based on Archive material and newspapers and periodicals，and then analyzes his contributions to Nanyang Volunteer Drivers and Mechanics.
