中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线港口建设是“一带一路”建设的重要内容，也是中国参与地区治理和扩大中国在海外经济存在的重要抓手。有鉴于此，本文围绕当前域外大国在海上丝绸之路沿线战略港口的军事部署，中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线战略港口建设的现状，中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线港口建设的优势进行了论述，对中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线港口建设的措施提出了对策建议。
Being an essential part of “the Belt and Road” building，China’s participation in the building of sea ports along the Maritime Silk Road is also an important approach to regional governance and helps to improve China’s overseas economic presence. This paper dwells on the military presence of major powers in this region’s coastal areas，China’s current status in building sea ports along the Maritime Silk Road，and China’s advantages in building sea ports along the Maritime Silk Road. In the end，this paper puts forward the proposals as regards China’s building of sea ports along the Maritime Silk Road.
