International experience and development practice shows that innovation is an important driving force to promote the quality and efficiency of economic growth, and financial support is an important guarantee to promote innovation and transformation process. This paper studies how to promote the economic transformation and upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta with financial support. This article first discusses the leading countries and regions to promote the strategy transformation in the financial reform and opening up, including private capital as the starting point, deregulation, strengthen market infrastructure status, as foreign exchange reserves for the protection, expanding foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions, to finance as a guide, spare no effort to promote innovation; secondly discusses the prominent contradictions and problems facing the development of the current transformation of the Yangtze River Delta region, points out the elements of market reform and social reform to high levels of effective follow-up, and not to promote the reform of economic deeper, and the lag and the negative effect is more and more obvious, which seriously restricts the growth process of market resources and potential of the Yangtze River Delta region; and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of the Yangtze River Delta region to the financial reform and opening up, including financial support as the starting point Promoting the reform and opening up, focus on system reform, cultivate the middle class, the rise of emerging strategic industries and new urbanization and other concerted efforts to promote the transformation of the traditional development path and development model.
