长江横贯东中西，连接东部沿海和广大的内陆地区，依托“黄金水道”打造长江经济带，有独特的优势和巨大的潜力。2014年4月28日，李克强总理在重庆主持召开的座谈会上提出，依托黄金水道建设长江经济带。贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于建设长江经济带的重大决策部署，对于有效扩大内需、促进经济稳定增长，调整区域结构、实现中国经济升级具有重要意义。本文首先对安徽对接长江经济带建设的制约因素进行了分析，指出安徽在长江经济带建设中面临的机遇和挑战，然后对安徽怎样对接长江经济带建设提出了对策思路与政策建议。
