The adjacent boundary area of Yangtze River Delta is one of the most developed regions in China, but some of the adjacent areas have been "depressed" because of the obstacle of regional economic cooperation. This paper first introduces the general situation of the Yangtze River Delta economic development and cooperation in adjacent areas; then explain the creation of "feasibility pilot area" the Yangtze River Delta regional economic cooperation, strategic choice and the creation of "regional economic integration of Yangtze River Delta pilot area", pointed out that the triangle area adjacent to conform to the development trend of China economy from "primary edition" to "upgrade" create "regional economic integration of Yangtze River Delta pilot area" actively, establish linkage mechanism, organization development and construction of Suzhou center city center of Jiaxing city of Hongqiao business district, three fulcrum, explore the first field guide mechanism and "system innovation, open innovation and technological innovation, to achieve economic and social integration of the adjacent boundary area the Yangtze River Delta region, promote economic restructuring and upgrading, to achieve sustainable development. At the same time, the model for the Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai, the Yangtze River economic belt and the regional economic cooperation.
