Shanghai 2015 third quarter economic situation are analyzed in this paper. The study shows that Shanghai's economic operation on the whole to maintaining a smooth and orderly, running posture in line with expectations, innovation and transformation of better than expected, but downward pressure on the economy is still large, in the second half of the year by stock market volatility and economic trends exist uncertainties. In order to keep the sustainable and healthy development of Shanghai economy, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
