2015年5月李克强总理就中拉合作提出“3×3”模式，为中拉关系未来的发展指明了方向。该模式是在当前新兴市场国家普遍陷入困境时为寻求新型、有效、可持续合作方式的一次有益尝试。该模式的提出对于振兴实体经济、突破当前经济困境、保障合作的良性发展以及为他国提供借鉴方面都具有重要意义。
In May 2015，Chinese Premier Li Keqiang put forward the “3X3” model for China-Latin America cooperation，charting a course for the future development of bilateral ties. The model is a good attempt for emerging countries，most of which are going through a tough time and seeking a new type of effective，sustainable cooperation model. It is of great significance to galvanizing real economy，overcoming current economic difficulties and ensuring benign development of cooperation，while providing guidance for other countries.
