乌克兰危机是冷战结束以来欧亚地区影响最深远的地缘政治事件，其发生、发展、演变不仅使乌克兰的国家命运发生转折，且牵动着俄罗斯与西方的战略博弈。2015年，乌克兰局势依旧紧张，东部战事难以停歇，政坛内部纷争不断。随着危机的不断深化，其对俄西关系、独联体国家的影响也展现出一些新的特点。进入2016年，乌克兰局势总体趋于缓和，但冲突仍未完全消除，政坛面临新一轮动荡。未来，乌克兰仍将是各方博弈的焦点，危机平息仍需时日。作为中国“一带一路”规划重要参与国，乌克兰危机未来发展对中乌深化互利关系，加强经贸、交通领域合作等十分关键，值得有关机构及中资企业密切关注。
Ukrainian crisis is a geopolitical event with the most far-reaching influence in the Eurasian region since the end of the Cold War. The advent and evolution of the crisis not only changed the fate of Ukraine，but also exerted strong impact on the strategic game between Russia and the West. In 2015，the situation in Ukraine remained tense，with warfare going on in the east and political strife continuing. As the crisis escalated，its influence on the Russia-West relationship and the CIS countries showed new features. In the future，Ukraine will remain the game focus of relevant parties，and it takes time to defuse the crisis. As Ukraine is an important participant in China’s “Belt and Road Initiative”，its crisis evolution closely bears on the growing win-win ties，cooperation in economy and trade as well as transportation between China and Ukraine. Thus the Ukrainian situation deserves close attention of relevant organizations and Chinese-funded enterprises.
