工业遗产是广州城市文化和工业文明的重要组成部分。广州工业遗产资源丰富，文化价值较高，再利用性强，但还存在相关部门对工业遗产认可度低、保护机制和法规不健全、政策支持不到位、工业遗产产权不明确、再利用模式较为缺乏等问题。本文建议政府要大力宣传和提升各类人群对工业遗产的认知水平及参与度，进一步健全工业遗产保护机制和法律法规，加大工业遗产政策支持力度，多渠道创新方式并明确工业遗产产权，探索创新保护与再利用模式，促进与城市融合发展。
The industrial heritage is an important part of Guangzhou urban culture and industrial civilization. Guangzhou has abundant industrial heritage resources with high cultural value and strong re-utilization. However，the problems such as low defree of acceptance of industrial heritage，inadequate protection mechanism and regulations，insufficient policy support，unclear industrial heritage property and lack of re-utilization mode still exist. As a result，the government should vigorously promote and enhance the public acceptance and participation level to industrial heritage，further improve the industrial heritage protection laws and regulations. Besides，the policy support for industrial heritage should be increased，with multi-channel innovative ways to clear industrial heritage property. The innovative conservation and re-utilization mode should be explored to promote the integration with urban development.
