2014年以来，在中俄双方各个层面的积极推动下，中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系得到了进一步深化。中俄双方的政治互信不断加深，战略协作更加密切。在乌克兰危机引发的西方对俄制裁加剧、石油价格暴跌、卢布贬值等一系列不利前提下，中俄经贸合作逆势“稳步上扬”，这显示出了中俄经贸合作已经具备了一定的抗风险能力。此外，中俄能源领域和军事领域的合作都取得了长足进展，而“中俄青年友好交流年”的成功举办也推动了双方在人文领域的深化合作。
Since 2014，the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Russia has gone further thanks to the efforts of both countries in different dimensions. The political mutual trust between the two countries has been strengthened，and the strategic cooperation between them grows closer. Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation registers steady rise despite the adverse circumstances in which the West imposes even more severe economic sanctions against Russia due to the crisis in Ukraine，the oil price plummets and the Ruble devaluates，which reveals that China-Russia economic and trade cooperation can resist risks. Moreover，Sino-Russian cooperation in energy and military has made headway，and the success of Sino-Russian Youth Friendship Exchange Year has also propelled bilateral cooperation in the realm of humanities.
