债券增信在提高债券市场融资效率、降低金融系统风险、降低发行人融资成本、促进债券定价、丰富市场参与者结构等方面具有重要意义。随着中国债券市场不断扩容，债券增信方式也发生了根本性变化。本文在对当前国内信用增进手段进行分类梳理的基础上，分析了目前增信行业存在的主要问题，并从行业发展的角度提出关于我国债券市场增信体系建设的政策建议。
Bond credit enhancement plays an important role in improving the financing efficiency of the bond market，lowering the financial system risks，reducing costs of financing，facilitating bond pricing and enriching the structure of market participators. As China’s bond market expands continually，the way of bond credit enhancement has undergone fundamental changes. On the basis of sorting out domestic credit enhancement methods，this article analyzes the main problems of the credit enhancement industry and，from the perspective of industrial development，provides policy suggestions for China’s building of the credit enhancement system in the bond market.
