2016年是陕西省法治政府建设的“十三五”开局之年，陕西省委、省政府认真贯彻党中央十八届四中全会精神，认真落实《法治政府建设实施纲要（2015～2020年）》，认真制定陕西省法治政府建设“十三五”规划，有效推进行政立法、行政复议、行政应诉、规范性文件备案审查、政府普法宣传和依法行政考核等工作，并进一步统筹谋划和具体落实下一步工作方案，力争实现到2020年基本建成法治政府的目标。
