东部沿海地区是中国人口密集区,也是中国经济发达、城镇化快速推进地区,在全球气候快速变化的大环境下,极端高温、风暴潮、极端降雨、洪水、海平面上升、海水入侵等自然灾害频繁发生,东部沿海城市将首先受其影响。通过压力—状态—响应模型分析可见,中国各城市气候变化压力巨大,尽管从城市基础设施、城市生态绿化系统等方面做了积极响应,中国城市仍难以适应气候变化的巨大挑战,城市绿化、基础设施、城市管理能力滞后等问题仍然存在。面对气候变化的挑战,中国城市应从城市规划、基础设施、绿化系统、海绵城市、灾害风险管理等方面,全面提升应对气候变化的适应能力,建设气候友好型和气候适应型城市。
The eastern coastal areas is densely populated areas in China,as well as the areas with dense population,economy,and the rapid advance of urbanization. Under the quickly global climate change,the extreme high temperature,extreme rainfall,flood,storm surge,sea level rise,seawater intrusion and other natural disasters occur frequently. And the eastern coastal cities will bear the brunt of them. Through the analysis of the “pressure-state-response model”,we could see that the cities in China are still under huge pressure on climate change. Although positive response have made in the urban infrastructure,urban ecological greening system,etc.,it’s difficult for cities in China to adapt to the great challenges of climate change. Especially,the urban greening,infrastructure,urban management still lag behind,which like the blade of moss hanging over the heads of the Chinese cities. Facing the challenges of climate change,cities in China should improve ability to cope with climate change adaptation,from aspects of urban planning,infrastructure,urban greening system,sponge cities,disaster risk management etc. And we should focus on the construction of climate-friendly and climate resilient cities.
