本文聚焦于巨型城市与水资源之间的互动关系，文中以联合国教科文组织的研究报告为核心，分析与大城市水资源相关的问题。文中对水资源、巨型城市和全球变化之间的关系进行了分析，并对布宜诺斯艾利斯、胡志明市、伊斯坦布尔和拉各斯等城市进行梳理对比，提出主要城市应对水资源问题的举措和政策。
This paper focuses on the interaction of the Megacities and the water resources，with the report of UNESCO as the core，which analyzes the issues and challenges related to water resources in Megacities. This paper takes the cases of Buenos Aires，Ho Chi Minh，Istanbul and Lagos，put forward the measures and policies of dealing with the water problems in Megacities.
