本文基于美国城市研究所（The Urban Institute）2016年6月发布的关于城市共享经济的研究报告，在分析当前各国状况的基础上，讨论了城市如何利用新兴技术发展共享经济，以及从中产生克服经济排斥的新举措，并对我国城市培育共享经济提出了相关建议。
With rapid economic development in the new era，the topic of sharing economy become more and more popular. In June 2016，The Urban Institute released a study on sharing economy，analyzing some important elements about sharing economy all over the world. This article reviews and summarizes the study and puts forward proposals for enlightenment.
