2015年，欧洲遭遇二战后最严重的难民潮，欧盟对阿拉伯世界的战略面临严峻挑战。本文通过分析这次难民潮的原因，阐释欧盟的分裂及欧盟的战略失误，提出未来欧盟解决难民问题的政策建议。
In the year of 2015，Europe was faced with the most serious refugee flows after the Second World War，which severely challenged the EU strategy towards the Arab world. By analyzing the causes of the refugee influx，this paper aims to explore the split and the strategic mistakes of the EU. Suggestions are also put forward on the EU’s future policy of resolving the refugee problem.
