本报告跟踪分析了加拿大智库在2015年度的研究概况，并以国际治理创新中心（CIGI）为例，剖析其在全球治理议题上的新主张和最新研究成果。总体来看，加拿大的政治和经济等国情使得其智库形成了自身的一些特点，譬如，规模不大但研究专一；近几年因资金不足等问题引发了一小股智库关门歇业的风波。不论如何，加拿大智库的发展在一定程度上可以为中国新型特色智库建设提供参考，特别是CIGI在全球治理问题上的研究思路和成果对我国参与全球治理以及相关智库开展研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper investigates the overall research of Canadian think tanks in the year of 2015 and takes CIGI as an example，analyzing its new ideas and summarizes its latest research on the issue of global governance. In general，Canada’s political and economic situation makes the think tanks develop their particular features，such as small-scale but single-minded；in recent years，due to lack of funds and other problems a few think tanks have been shut down. The development of Canadian think tanks，to some extent，can provide a reference for the construction of Chinese think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
