Since Rouhani’s Presidencyin 2013，Iran’s relations with the United States are changingobviously，and finally in July 2015，the Iranian nuclear agreement. The two sides can reach a compromise on the nuclear issue，which is based on their respective interest appeals. But due to the structural contradiction which is difficult to eliminate，combined with the domestic various factors，the relationship is not normalized in short-term.
