近年来，中土双边关系表现出强劲的发展态势，双方在各领域的交流与合作均取得长足发展，可谓亮点频出。究其原因，这既体现了土耳其“东向”战略与中国“西进”战略的某种成功对接，又反映了中土关系具有一定的硬基础和软基础，还与国际体系本身的变迁有关联。然而，中土战略合作关系在经济、政治等方面仍存在诸多挑战，尚未真正落到实处。有鉴于此，深化落实中土战略合作关系，双方要尽力做到五个“一”。
In recent years，the relations between China and Turkey have experienced rapid development，and the two sides have made substantial progress in cooperation on all fields. The main factors are as follows：successful docking between Turkish “Look East” strategy and China’s “Go West” strategy；the “hard” and “soft” foundations in bilateral relations；and the change of international system itself. Anyway，the strategic cooperation between China and Turkey is still facing many political or economic challenges，and so Turkey-China relationship is still floated. So China and Turkey need to achieve five “ones” in order to deepen this strategic partnership.
