This study puts emphasis on investigating how Korean government cognize culture industry and its development strategy and policy system，while based on the introduction and analysis of new culture industry’s concept，content and feature. After comparing with Chinese culture industry policy，this study points out experience and lessons we can get from Korean culture industry policy for reference.
