Thailand’s diplomacy shows a distinctive characteristics，which is adept in adapting to changing situation，adopting flexible foreign policies for protecting national interests. After Prayuth junta hold power，the junta practiced vigorous diplomacy based on traditional diplomacy. The junta focused on consolidating unity and cooperation with ASEAN，improving relation with the western countries，strengthening relations between Thailand and China，Japan，Russia. By more efforts，foreign relations show gradually positive tendency.
