This paper introduces the current situation and progress of finance cooperation under the great “the Belt and Road” initiative，and on the basis of full understanding the policy documents issued by the Chinese government regarding the initiative，this paper comprehensively expounds the real characteristics，key challenges and prospects of “the Belt and Road” finance cooperation.
