新疆是“丝绸之路经济带”核心区。本文在阐述新疆建设“丝绸之路经济带核心区”优势的基础上，提出了新疆推进“丝绸之路经济带核心区”建设的阶段性目标和重点任务举措。
Xinjiang is the core zone of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”. Based on the advantages possessed by Xinjiang in building the core zone of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”，this paper puts forward staged objectives and measures crucial to the task for Xinjiang to build the core zone of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”.
