2015年塔吉克斯坦议会选举顺利举行，拉赫蒙领导的人民民主党依然绝对占优；反对党——伊斯兰复兴党先被排挤出议会，后受副防长叛乱事件牵连被取缔，标志着内战结束后的塔国内政治格局发生较大变化，拉赫蒙总统的影响力空前上升。受国际经济低迷，尤其是主要贸易伙伴经济不景气影响，塔吉克斯坦的经济环境继续恶化，经济增长主要依靠投资拉动，面临的挑战在上升。阿富汗局势不稳、“伊斯兰国”等国际恐怖和极端势力的渗透对塔吉克斯坦的安全构成严重威胁，塔不得不寻求俄罗斯等国的安全保障。
Tajikistan’s parliamentary election was held successfully in 2015. Rakhmon-led People’s Democratic Party still achieved a dominant position while the opposite side — the Islamic Revival Party was pushed out of the parliament at first and then outlawed implicated by the Deputy Defense Secretary rebellion event，which marked the great changes of Tajikistan’s domestic political landscape after the Civil War —President Rakhmon’s influence was unprecedented rising. Affected by the international economic downturn，especially the economic downturn of main trading partners，the economic environment continues to deteriorate in Tajikistan. The investment-led economic growth brought greater economic challenge to Tajikistan. The instability in Afghan and the penetration of international terrorist organizations like ISIS and extremist forces posed a serious threat to Tajikistan’s safety，thus Tajikistan had to seek safety guarantee of Russia and other countries.
