吸引和拥有高层次人才是一个国家、地区、企业、高校有实力的象征和标志。本文以“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者为研究对象，选取2003～2013年的时间区间，统计分析他们曾受科学基金资助的情况，对杰出科研人才成长与科学基金资助之间的关系进行分析，探索“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者的成长路径与机理。研究发现，“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者与其接受高等教育的情况、成长路径、成长周期以及制度安排等方面的关联度较高。
High-level talents are the symbols and signs of strength of a country，a region，an enterprise or a university. The authors select the winners of The National Outstanding Youth Science Fund from 2003 to 2013，summarize the funds they achieved from Science Fund，analyze the relationship between the growth of outstanding R&D personnel and Science Fund and exploit the growth path and mechanism of the winners of The National Outstanding Youth Science Fund. The study shows that the correlation degree between the Winners of The National Outstanding Youth Science Fund and their education background，growth path，growth cycle and system arrangement are very high.
