在物流绩效国际比较和对典型国家物流成本状况进行分析的基础上，本文对中国的物流成本进行了详细分析。物流业强国中，德国物流总体水平世界领先，日本在物流成本控制上表现更优，美国物流业发展迅猛。中国的物流成本虽呈现下降趋势，但是仍远高于发达国家。参考发达国家的物流发展情况，报告提出了降低中国物流成本的相应措施。
On the basis of international comparison on the logistics performance and analysis of the logistics cost of typical countries，the report on China’s logistics cost are analyzed in detail. Among logistics industry powerful nations，Germany logistics overall level is the world’s leading，Japan does better in the logistics cost controlling，the United States gets a rapid development of logistics industry；China’s logistics cost falls during these years，but is still higher than advanced countries. Referring to the logistics development of the developed countries，corresponding measures in reducing China’s logistics cost are put forward.
