创意产业竞争力

2012年,英国创意产业就业人数占到英国总就业人数的5.6%,与2011年相比增长了8.6%,同期英国整体经济的就业仅增长0.7%。据美国国家统计局发布的数据,美国创意产业占GDP的比重超过3.2%。在全球贸易体系中,创意产品贸易作为最活跃的部门之一,已成为全球贸易的新引擎,2008~2012年,所有创意产品的出口年均增长率达到了5.34%。2012年中国创意产品的国际市场占有率约为32%,高于美国、德国、英国、法国和印度,但中国创意产品的竞争优势分行业来看,与美国、德国、英国、法国等相比还有很大差异。中国竞争力较强的创意产品包括时装、工艺品、玩具、视频游戏等,而视听产品、出版等较弱。中国在六大类创意服务出口中,除广告、市场研究和民意调查服务外,其他创意服务与美国、英国、德国等相比存在巨大差距,甚至比不过印度。中国创意产业亟须优化结构。

Abstract

In 2012,the UK creative industry employment accounted for 5.6% of the UK total employment,compared with 2011,increased by 8.6%,while the UK overall employment growth rate only 0.7%. According to the National Bureau of Statistics of US released data,the United States of the creative industries accounted for more than 3.2% of the GDP. In the international trade,creative products trade has become one of the most active sectors and the new engine of international trade. all the creative products exports average annual growth rate of the creative products reachs 5.34% between 2008 and 2012. In 2012 Chinese creative products export takes about 32% of the global creative products export,higher than that of United States,Germany,Britain,France and India. Fashion,arts and crafts,toys,video games are very high competitiveness,but the competitiveness of visual art,publishing is very weak. In the six categories of creative services exports,except advertising,market research and public opinion survey services,other creative services of China lag far behind United States,Britain and Germany,even India. China creative industry faces that task to adjust structure.
