本文首先介绍了伊朗的国家概况，然后介绍了国家环境概况，包括：水环境、大气环境、固体废物、土壤污染、核污染、生态环境。总体上，伊朗面临严重的环境问题。主要存在的环境问题有水资源缺乏、水体污染、空气污染、土地荒漠化、铀矿开发核设施运行造成的污染、生物多样性退化、工业垃圾和生活垃圾排放量过高等问题。而且伊朗政府目前在处理这些问题上的能力明显不足。随后本文简要介绍了印度的环境管理和环保国际合作，其中环境管理包括环境管理体制、环保政策与措施，环保国际合作包括双边环保合作与多边环保合作两个方面。
This article first introduces the general situation of Iran, and then introduces the state environmental situation, including: water environment, atmospheric environment, solid waste, soil pollution, nuclear pollution, ecological environment. In general, Iran is facing serious environmental problems. Main existing environmental problems are the lack of water resources, water pollution, air pollution, land desertification, pollution caused by development of uranium nuclear facility operation, biodiversity degradation, industrial waste and domestic waste discharge amount is too high. And the Iran government's ability to deal with these issues is obviously inadequate. Subsequently, this article gives a brief introduction to the Iranian environmental management and international cooperation in environmental protection, environmental management includes environmental management system, environmental policies and measures, international cooperation in environmental protection includes two aspects of bilateral environmental cooperation and multilateral cooperation in environmental protection.
