容克领导的新一届欧盟委员会于2014年底正式上任。相对于上届欧盟委员会，这届委员会在组织结构上进行了大规模调整，形成了以“项目团队”为核心的纵向结构。容克的《政治指导原则》确立了十项重点政策领域，《2015年工作计划》又细化了具体内容，进一步突出了政策重点。上任一年多以来，容克领导下的新一届欧盟委员会完成了多项工作，体现出了若干新的气象。但未来欧盟委员会仍将面临严峻挑战。
The new European Commission under the leadership of Jean-Claude Juncker took office at the end of 2014. Compared to the Barroso Commission，the new commission made a large-scale adjustment to its organisational structure to build a vertical framework based on project teams. Juncker’s Political Guidelines established ten policy priorities and the Work Programme 2015 further set the details and highlighted the key points. After taking office，the new European Commission has made a lot of achievements，which reflected some remarkable characteristics. However，there are still serious challenges that the Commission will face in the future.
