In 2015，cybersecurity legislation continues to be one the priorities of many countries and regions，and with regard to which severalcountries and regions have made remarkable progress. The most typicalcountry is the United States，althoughin the realm of cybersecurity legislation，US have made great achievementsand is walking in the forefront of the world，US is still making efforts to strengthen its legislation on cybersecurity. It passed 5 laws concerning on cyber at the end of 2014，and on that basis，US has focused on promoting the legislation of cyber information sharing，making amendments to existing laws and began to proceed the work of making legislation on the emerging field of cybersecurity. The European Union（EU）continues to promote the lawmaking on data protection and privacy，and plan to release the new version of the General Data Protection Regulation，in order to unify data protection within EU with a single law. China also has been attaching great importance to cybersecurity legislation and has made substantial progress on this with the release of Cybersecurity Act of the People’s Republic of China（draft）.
