围绕安保法制相关法案等议题,2015年的日本舆论界出现了“舆论分化”的局面。主流新闻媒体形成了以支持派的《读卖新闻》《产经新闻》《日本经济新闻》为一方,以批判派的《朝日新闻》《每日新闻》《东京新闻》加上绝大部分地方性报纸为另一方的两大阵营。本文通过对主要新闻媒体相关报道的数量分析及内容分析,简要勾勒新闻报道与安保法制的关系图景,并在此基础上分析当今日本新闻媒体在国家与宪法、专制与民主政治等问题上不同的话语结构。
Japanese mass media has been severely divided concerning the new security legislation in the year 2015,with the newspapers of Yomiuri News,Nippon Keizai News and Sankei News supporting the government in forcing the security bill,and newspapers of Asahi News,Mainichi News,Tokyo News and most local newspapers opposing it. The article,based on the analysis of frequency and content of media reporting,examines the connection of news reporting with the new security legislation and analyzes the various discourse structures of Japanese mass media relating to issues of the nation,constitution,dictatorship and democracy.
