In 2015，the gun violence in the U.S. was brought into sharp focus，which became a hot topic among social political issues and also constituted a great challenge to the Federal Government. Although the gun violence occurred frequently and caused a great damage last year，the gun control get few support from the majority of Americans due to some facts，such as the basic gun right granted by the constitution and deep-rooted gun culture，the vested interests in the production and sales of guns，and the practical need for safety. In view of all this，to prevent and contain gun violence is still far from achievable.
