本章对我国支付清算系统指标的结构变化进行了分析，考察了支付清算系统数据与经济增长指标、价格总水平指标之间的关系，发现非现金支付工具、支付系统业务、银行结算账户的总体规模及其中部分项目的增长率可以有效地反映和预测宏观经济运行情况，同时也会受到后者的显著影响。
This chapter describes the structural change of payment and settlement indexes and explores their relationship with economic growth and price level. It shows that the indexes on noncash payment，payment system transaction，and bank settlement account can effectively reflect and predict macroeconomic condition. Also these indexes are significantly impacted by the later.
