近年来，留学渐成潮流。有实力的家庭也热衷于送孩子出国留学，以期能增加其在未来竞争中的筹码。但随着社会形势的发展，留学的形势、优势也在发生改变，这一改变对留学生、家长、社会和留学服务机构都带来了不小的影响。本报告在分析留学形势变化的基础上，对留学大潮背后牵涉的各方面问题进行了深刻反思，希望能帮助广大家长和留学生弄清留学的实质，不要盲目地为留学而留学。
In recent years，studying overseas has become an increasing popular trend. Able families are keen on sending their children overseas to seek further education，with a view to increasing their advantages in the future competition. However，social development has brought about changes in the situation and advantages of studying abroad，which has exerted enormous influence on students，their parents，society and consulting agencies. Based on the analysis of changes in different aspects，this section reflects on the conundrums of studying abroad deeply，in a bid to help parents and students recognize both advantages and disadvantages of studying abroad.
