本文对法国退出核电的原因及所面临的难题进行了分析，并简要梳理了日本和韩国核能的发展、核电站分布以及核能政策的发展动向，最后着重对中国发展核能的必要性及未来发展趋势进行了阐述。
The paper demonstrates the reason that France approved an act to reduce its ratio of nuclear power in power generation，and the difficulties it faced after the nuclear reduction. Then the paper touches upon nuclear power development，nuclear power plant distribution，and nuclear policies in Japan and South Korea. In the final part，the paper takes much emphasis on elaborating China’s necessity of nuclear power development and the trend of China’s nuclear strategies.
