Under the adverse impact of the economic slowdown and increasing risks of geopolitics，global foreign direct investment（FDI） in 2014 decreased by 16% over the previous year and dropped to a record low of the past six years. Developed economies and developing countries are imbalanced. The group of Asian developing countries has for the first time been the global largest source of FDI，accounting for nearly one third of the world total. And Chinese overseas investment and FDI was also for the first time near balance point.
