本文从总需求、总供给及其结构方面分析了中国宏观经济的主要指标。从总体来看，中国经济增速和一些产出总量指标面临一些压力，但是不少结构性指标都在改善。这既体现了现在结构调整的进展，也为我们展示了将来中国经济进一步发展的方向。在此基础上，本文从劳动力市场角度对中国经济发展的结构性问题进行了分析，着重观察了从“人口红利”转向“人力资本红利”的瓶颈；并且，结合产业结构的调整，对人力资本红利的释放渠道进行了分析。
We analyze the main index of China’s economy from the point of gross supply and demand. On the whole，the economic growth and some gross index has endured a downward pressure，meanwhile quite a few indicators has been improved，which not only shows us the progress of the economic restructuring，but also reveals the directions China’s economy is heading for. Based on this analysis，we investigate into China’s economy from the perspective of labor market. Particularly we focus on the bottle neck of the transition from demographic dividend to human capital dividend. How to release the human capital dividend，it is analyzed with the background of the adjustment of industrial structure.
