柬埔寨与泰国接壤，自古两国征战不断，边界问题始终难以解决。其中，柏威夏寺及其周边地区的归属问题是柬泰争执的焦点，甚至引发多次军事冲突，引起国际社会的关注。继1962年国际法院就柏威夏寺归属做出判决之后，2013年11月海牙国际法庭年再次对1962年的判决做出了解释。柏威夏寺争端由何而来？未来将会怎样发展？本文拟从柏威夏寺问题的历史由来，分析产生争端的原因及争端的发展前景。
Cambodia borders on Thailand. Since ancient times，there’re frequent wars between the two countries. The boundary disputes are still unable to be solved till nowadays. Among the disputes，Preah Vihear Temple and its surrounding area which causes military conflict between Cambodia and Thailand many times has become the hottest focus in the international community. After the International Court’s judgment on Preah Vihear Temple on 15th June in 1962，the ICJ has made another further interpretation of the judgment of 1962 in 2013. Where does the conflict come from and how would the dispute of Preah Vihear Temple develop in the future？This paper aims to analyze the causes of Preah Vihear Temple dispute and develop prospects from the historical origin of the Preah Vihear area.
