In 2014，the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks experienced twists and turns and failed to achieve any breakthrough. This is predetermined by a variety of reasons，including the internal conflicts in Palestine，aggressive response of Israel to the external environment，and the limited attention of the international community on the issue. In the foreseeable future，the Middle East peace process will remain disappointing.
