In the year of 2014，the Philippines political situation was stable，but there existed some different degrees of problems，such as partisan rancor，anti-government activity，corruption. Although the economic growth rate is slowdown，the result was still considerable. Philippines had strengthened the initiative largely in foreign affairs and expanded international cooperation.
