中国澳门自1999年建立特别行政区以来，坚持实施“一国两制”，经济社会发展稳定，居民生活获得极大改善，开创历史功不可没。与此同时，中国澳门充分利用自身优势，打造中国内地与葡语国家商贸合作平台，近几年来还向拉美、加勒比国家拓展其平台作用，并在发展过程中逐步提升其国际地位。从理论上总结中国澳门的平台作用，有利于“一国两制”的巩固与发展，有利于进一步加强中国与葡语国家的经贸合作。
A Região Administrativa Especial de Macau（RAEM），na China，desde a sua criação em 1999，com o conceito de “um país，dois sistemas”，passou por um processo extraordinário，durante o qual o desenvolvimento económico-social se manteve estável e o nível de vida melhorou significativamente. Entretanto，aproveitando bem as suas vantagens，Macau foi desenvolvendo uma plataforma de cooperação económico-comercial entre a China continental e os países de língua portuguesa，cuja função vem alargando aos países da América Latina e das Caraíbas，elevando gradualmente neste processo o seu estatuto internacional.
Since Macao became the Macau Special Administrative Region（SAR）of China in 1999，the concept of “one country two systems” went through an extraordinary process，the developing of economic society was stable，the state of living have shown some improvement. Meanwhile，Macao has became an important platform for economic cooperation and trade between China and the Portuguese-speaking countries，and Macao also led a large expansion in cooperation across China，Latin American Countries and Caribbean. Analyzing the platform’s effect of Macauis conductive to the development of “one country two systems” and strengthen of business exchanges and friendly cooperation between China and the Portuguese-speaking countries.
