乌克兰危机对上海合作组织产生了深刻的影响，因为俄罗斯是上海合作组织的重要成员，俄同乌克兰、欧盟、美国及北约的紧张关系也影响到上合组织以及其他成员国的发展。虽然2015年2月12日俄乌法德领导人在明斯克签署了关于乌克兰东部停火、撤军等一揽子协议，但是乌克兰危机错综复杂，很可能还要继续较长时间。在新的国际形势下，上合组织应该因势利导，既加强成员国的政治社会安全，又加大多边经济和金融等领域的合作，努力在地区和国际事务中发挥更大的影响。
The Ukrainian crisis has had a deep impact on the SCO，because Russia is its important member. Russia’s tense relations with Ukrania，the European Union，the USA and the NATO have also affected the development of the other SCO member states. Although a package accord was signed concerning ceasefire in and troops withdrawal from the eastern areas of Ukraine between the Russian leader and the leaders of Uraine，France and Germany in Minsk on February 12，2015. The Ukrainian crisis is intertwined and complicated and will most probably continue for a relatively long period of time. The SCO must make the best use of the new international circumstances，consolidating the member states’ political and social security，expanding multilateral cooperation in the economic and financial areas，making efforts in exercising a greater influence in regional and international affairs.
