广东是我国水产品大省，水产品生产和外贸具有较强的竞争优势。本报告结合统计数据，分析了2009～2013年广东水产品生产和出口贸易的发展态势，详细梳理了广东水产经济在全国的地位，水产品生产和出口贸易的总量、结构等。结果显示，广东具有发展水产业资源禀赋的优势，是中国重要的水产品生产和出口基地，水产品在国际市场上具有较强的竞争力。但是广东也存在水产品安全质量问题突出、组织化程度低、出口产品和市场结构单一等问题，需要在生产和贸易方面采取针对性措施。
Guangdong is a strong province rich in aquatic product resources，thus has competitive advantages in aquatic production and international trade. Based on statistical data，development tendency of Guangdong aquatic product production and international trade during 2009-2013 was analyzed，including its economy status in China，the total amount，structure and so forth. The results show that Guangdong has endowment advantages of developing fishery industry，is China’s important aquatic products production and export base. Aquatic products from Guangdong have strong competitiveness in international market，as well as non-negligible security and quality problems. Besides these，low degree of organization，single export products and market structure are also outstanding challenges of the industry，which call for specific measures.
