In recent years China’s foreign direct investment （FDI） stock in EU，especially in Germany，has jumped impressively，which becomes a new bright spot and a new growth point in China-EU and China-Germany relations. China’s invests in EU do not aim to bottom-fish on base of European debt crisis in short term，but to extend the value chains，which makes a long-term investment. FDI is becoming a new engine for the development of China-Germany relations.
