本文从广州建设丝绸之路的历史沿革、现状、面临挑战等方面入手，分析广州响应国家战略、积极参与建设21世纪海上丝绸之路的目标、路径，并从组织架构、经贸交流、合作平台、互联互通、能源合作、社会合作六方面提出相关政策建议。
This paper firstly analyzes targets and ways adopted by Guangzhou in responding to the national strategy and actively participating in the construction of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road，based on summarizing the historical development，present situation and challenges of Guangzhou in constructing to be a Maritime Silk Road. It then puts forward relevant policy suggestions in aspects of organizational structure，economic and trade exchanges，cooperation platform，connectivity，energy cooperation，and social cooperation，etc.
